This A3 new it's part of new brand TFSI that it tries to travel over again, in the intentions of the German house, the happened one of the famous TDI, (motor I upset " T" to direct benzine injection " FSI").

This series of propulsori by now equips various models of the group, comprised Skoda and Seat, with the top of the range that develops 263 CV on the S3 Audios. The pregi of these motors they are above all the performances of all respect, with values of elevated brace, elasticities of exercise and consumption relatively contained.

Regarding the propeller of a3 the maximum brace of 250 Nm is constant from 1.500 to 4.200 rpm and the maximum power of 160 horses comes caught up already to 5.000 rpm and remains practically constant till 6.200 rpm. A3 Audios equipped with this propeller can catch up the 220 km/h of the maximum speed, 0-100 km/h in 7,8 sec.

E' previewed also a version with change DSG The prestazionali data are similar to those of a3 2,0 TDI 170 cv (222 km/h, 8,2 s from 0-100 km/h), while the consumption are a little advanced (the 5,9 litri/100 km TDI).
